Tony is involved in ACCESS Tampere Festival as an advocate for Korean culture and art and also as a professional in the field of arts, culture and well-being. Over the past ten years, he has participated in all ACCAC events around the world and has also organised two in Korea. He currently lives in Tampere, Finland, and runs the “King Sejong Institute Tampere” – which is supported by the Korean government.

ACCESS Tampere Cultural Promotion Day
The cultural promotion day will feature music from Kazakhstan and Korea, dance and music from Nepal, and a showcase of the Tampere Intercultural artists’ collective. The stage will be taken over by San Marino Eurovision star Angel Del. The common topic throughout the day is cultural diversity and equality in the arts. The University of Tampere’s Accessibility Unit TACCU will present training opportunities on the subject. Silence Radio from Belgium will be challenging for cities to participate in the “I is the other” 2026 project, showcasing people from Europe.
